In consideration of various risks and liabilities while participating in the Crypto World Journal Blockchain Nation Las Vegas 2018 Conference (“EVENT”) and as consideration for the right to purchase tickets and/or participate in the EVENT, I, the RELEASOR, hereby, individually or in a business capacity, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, agents, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of participation in the EVENT both as a Guest and/or a Speaker, and do hereby release and forever discharge the Crypto World Journal, Inc aka CWJ (“RELEASEE”), their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any and all damages.
The RELEASOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the RELEASEE against any claims, suits or actions of any kind for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by the RELEASOR or anyone acting on behalf of the RELEASOR. If the RELEASEE incurs any of these types of expenses, the RELEASOR agrees to reimburse the RELEASEE.
No photo or video capturing, storing and or transmitting is allowed on the premisses of the conference without prior approval of the RELEASEE in writing
The RELEASOR furtherer understands that RELEASEE may perform photo and video recording of the EVENT. Name, photos, and biography of RELEASORS may be used by RELEASEE to promote the EVENT.
The RELEASOR assigns full copyright of these photographs to the Crypto World Journal, Inc aka CWJ together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part.
The RELEASOR grants to Crypto World Journal, Inc aka CWJ or assignees the permission to use the above-mentioned photographs either separately or together, either wholly or in part, the perpetual and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish video and/or photographs, or where RELEASOR may be included for editorial trade, product advertising, and such other fashion /business purpose in any manner and medium. Crypto World Journal, Inc aka CWJ and licensees or assignees may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any retouching or alteration without restriction.
No bags will be allowed on conference premises.
Conference access will be limited to conference pass/badge holders only. Identity badges remain the property of the RELEASEE. Each badge will be assigned to a specific person. Badges will be issued once at the time of the check-in. Badges are individual and will be considered lost/stolen, and will be repossessed if used for access by anyone other then the original recipient. Lost, stolen or repossessed badges will not be replaced and will require being repurchased.
Any Crypto World Journal, Inc aka CWJ discounts, compensation, reimbursement or subsidies of the RELEASOR expenses or payments to CWJ does not demonstrate partnership or invalidates any of the terms of this agreement.
The final investment amount given to participants in the innovator competition is subject to the acceptance of the terms by all parties and due diligence performed to the satisfaction of the investor.
All ticket sales are final. If purchasing for others, I confirm that I am authorized to bind all by terms listed.
By participating in the EVENT, RELEASOR explicitly accepts and agrees to all terms of this release.
