The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has unveiled a training initiative for astronauts using virtual reality (VR) headsets and Metaverse technology to prepare them for life on a lunar space station.
During virtual reality tests, astronauts simulate everyday tasks on the Gateway space station of the Artemis missions. These tasks include science experiments, retrieving supplies, and preparing meals. NASA uses astronaut feedback and virtual reality models to improve the safety and comfort of the space station’s interior design.

According to a study by the consulting firm Markets and Markets, the astronomical growth that the Metaverse will experience applied to health will be from $9.5 billion in 2023 to $79.6 billion in 2028. This confirms that, although the technologies linked to the Metaverse are still in an initial phase, the sector sees them as a powerful element.
According to the study, the global Metaverse market applied to the world of health will grow strongly in the coming years. The Metaverse will improve patient care, reduce the cost of health systems, minimize diagnostic errors and allow for greater precision and flexibility in surgical operations. However, there are also obstacles, such as data privacy management and the high costs of implementing these systems.

The world’s first beauty contest for creators of Artificial Intelligence has been announced, as part of a new global awards program for the AI creator economy called the Fanvue World AI Creator Awards (WAICA).
To participate, contestants must be original AI generations, submit only images and will be judged on some of the classic aspects combined with skill recognition, implementation of AI tools and social media influence.
